Paradise Robotics Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products according to the time schedule posted below. ¨ You must contact us prior to shipping for a Return Material Authorization number. We will refuse shipments that do not have an RMA number. ¨ If your return is one of our robots, we kindly ask you to work with us for 30 days to solve installation or use concerns. ¨ You are responsible for return shipping fees. ¨ All returned products are subject to inspection. Products must be deemed resalable before a refund is provided. This means the box and merchandise are in good enough condition for resale. ¨ A full refund minus original shipping costs will be provided, usually within 10 business days, when: 1) the product is resalable, 2) no in-box items need to be replaced. Otherwise a partial refund is given. ¨ Please note, original shipping/handling is never refunded, even on items with “free shipping”. Therefore, you may pay up to 2 times shipping/handling plus replacement of missing/damaged items. ¨ Please insure your shipment to prevent against loss or additional charges due to shipping damage! ¨ A re-stocking fee may apply in rare cases (up to 25% of the purchase price), such as when the outer box or contents are damaged or if the item was opened and/or used. The re-stocking fee is applied at our discretion after the returned item is inspected.

Holiday Return Policy: |
Purchases made between October 15 and December 30 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. The item must be unopened and unused (exception for Litter-Robot).
When the RMA request is made by January 31 of the following year, a full refund, less original shipping cost, will be given within about 10 business days. Commercial products excluded.

30 days, may be gently used. Clean prior to returning. The cost of missing/damaged items (e.g. wire and pegs) is not refunded. Customer must call for RMA number for all returns!

30 days, new, unused, unopened, box/pkg in excellent condition. Full refund, less original shipping, even if item had free shipping. Customer pays shipping both directions.
Defective toys: We will repair or replace the item, at our discretion. Due to supply limitations replacement colors and styles may vary. OWI Robot Kits: 30 day manufacturer warranty - please contact the manufacturer. Khet & Snap Circuits: if you find a defective piece contact us immediately upon discovery for a replacement.
