Paradise Robotics Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return products according to the time schedule posted below.

¨ You must contact us prior to shipping for a Return Material Authorization number. We will refuse shipments that do not have an RMA number.

¨ If your return is one of our robots, we kindly ask you to work with us for 30 days to solve installation or use concerns. In rare cases, we may choose to refuse a return, at our sole discretion. Call for more information.

¨ You are responsible for return shipping fees.

¨ All returned products are subject to inspection. Products must be deemed resalable** before a refund is provided.

¨ A full refund minus original shipping costs will be provided, usually within 10 business days, when: 1) the product is resalable, 2) no in-box items need to be replaced. Otherwise a partial refund is given. There is no restocking fee!!

¨ Although there is no restocking fee, keep in mind original shipping/handling is never refunded, even on items with “free shipping”. Therefore, you may pay up to 2 times shipping/handling plus replacement of missing/damaged items.

¨ Please insure your shipment to prevent against loss or additional charges due to shipping damage!

** Give us a call and we would be happy to explain what qualifies as “resalable”.
