Monday - Saturday: 8:30am - 6pm U.S. Central
Sunday/Holidays: Contact us, we will make ourselves available whenever practical.
If we miss your call, it is probably because it was outside our normal business hours or we were busy helping another customer.
After Hours Emergency Service: Leave a message describing the nature of your problem and we will respond as soon as possible.
*In certain cases, we defer technical support to our suppliers (e.g. Litter Robot). All robotic lawn mowers and pool cleaners are supported by us.
Paradise Robotics' History and Noteworthy News
Paradise Robotics was founded in 2006 by Kathy Moseler and her business partner under our parent company, Moselco Inc, a privately owned corporation registered in Illinois. 2017 was the year Paradise Robotics took a more prominent role as a distributor for Ambrogio Robotic Lawn Mowers (a.k.a. LawnBott®), manufactured by Zucchetti Centrino Systems in Italy and imported by Max Distributing in Portland, Oregon.
Kathy Moseler had a distinguished career as an Electrical Engineer and Engineering Manager in lead roles at Motorola and other major corporations prior to starting Paradise Robotics. Kathy has been interviewed by several news media outlets, including The Maker Mom and Hometalk Media. As a top expert in robotic lawnmowers, Kathy and her co-speaker: Kate Mack of Mackland, LLC gave a presentation at the 2020 iLandscape trade show in Schaumburg IL.
